Membership Contract Sparkle Society

Sparkle Society Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Member") and Sparkle with Shelli ("Company"), governing your participation in the Sparkle Society Membership ("Membership"). By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Plans & Billing

• Members may choose between a monthly membership or an annual membership.

• Membership fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.

• By joining, you authorize the Company to charge the recurring membership fee until you cancel.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel at any time by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

• If cancellation occurs before the next billing cycle, no further charges will be made.

• If cancellation occurs after the payment has been processed, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be given for unused time within a billing cycle.

3. No Refund Policy

• All membership fees are non-refundable.

• Digital products, content, and any materials provided as part of the membership are non-refundable and non-returnable.

4. Member Responsibilities

• Members agree to conduct themselves in a respectful manner within the community.

• Any violations of the community guidelines may result in termination of membership without a refund.

5. Modification of Terms

• The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Membership.

By enrolling in the Sparkle Society Membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
