Membership & Coaching
2. How does the Sparkle Society membership work?
The membership gives you exclusive access to content, live Q&A sessions, and a supportive community to help you grow your confidence and success online. You can choose a monthly or annual membership, and you can cancel anytime with a 14-day notice before the next billing cycle.
3. Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 14 days before your next payment date.
4. Are there refunds for memberships or coaching?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on memberships or coaching services. However, you can cancel your membership before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
5. What happens if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel, you will still have access to the membership benefits until the end of your billing period. Once your billing period ends, you will lose access to all exclusive content and community features.
6. What if I need to reschedule a coaching session?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your coaching session. Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting your session.
Digital Products & Courses
7. What types of digital products do you offer?
I offer ebooks, workbooks, and online courses focused on confidence, video presence, and online success! These digital downloads are designed to help you take action immediately.
8. Are digital products refundable?
No. All digital products are final sale since they are instantly accessible upon purchase.
9. How do I access my digital downloads?
Once you purchase a digital product, you will receive an email with a download link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. Still having trouble? Email us at support@sparklewithshelli.com.
Billing & Policies
10. How does billing work for memberships?
Memberships are billed automatically each month or year, depending on the plan you choose. Be sure to cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date if you do not wish to renew.
11. What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, our system will retry the payment. If the issue isn’t resolved, your access may be paused until the payment is successfully processed.
12. Can I upgrade from a monthly to an annual membership?
Yes! If you’d like to switch to an annual membership, email us at support@sparklewithshelli.com, and we’ll help you make the change.
